One product, one price.
Coira Bid is priced per firm, per year. The tender-pack reader stays free and needs no account — every publisher in this market has a free tier, so that is the floor rather than a favour.
Not per seat. 5 people in the firm are included, because the people who price bids are a handful of the practice and charging by head would mean charging you to involve the person who checks the number.
- The tender-pack reader, with every figure carrying the document and section it came from
- Fee builds priced off your own rate card, with the hours and rates you set
- The client-ready fee letter as a Word document, and the workings as an .xlsx
- Team bids across firms — only the scope and the submitted figure cross between you
- The award archive underneath: what this kind of work has actually been awarded at
- Up to 5 people in your firm
The first 5 firms pay €1,800 a year, held for 3 renewals, for signing before 30 June 2027.
What it is really paying for is being early enough to shape it. A founding firm is asked for two things besides the fee: a note, before anyone opens the tool, of how long its last public fee actually took to put together and how many it prices in a year — so that any figure Coira ever publishes about time is measured rather than asserted — and permission to be named as a reference.

How you would actually start
- Run a real pack of your own through the free reader first. If it cannot read your packs, nothing after this matters.
- Leave your details below. You get a reply from a person, not a sequence.
- A one-page agreement and an invoice, annually in advance. There is no card checkout and no trial that turns into a charge.
- Your rate card goes in, and the first fee comes out as a Word letter you can send.
One thing to be straight about: Coira is not yet a registered company, so an invoice cannot be issued this week. If you want to start now, say so below — the agreement and the price hold, and the invoice follows as soon as the company exists.
Ask for the agreement
Invoiced annually — this form sends an enquiry, it does not take a payment or start a subscription.
Ask about any of these
Tell us what you are trying to do and which tool looks closest. You will get a reply from a person, not a sequence — and if the honest answer is that Coira cannot do it yet, that is the answer you will get.
